Welcome to CFLI!

The Center for Life Improvement is a Personal Health and Wellness

Center with offices in Michigan and Pennsylvania. We offer a variety of

services in person (within the Grand Rapids, MI, and Erie, PA areas) as

well as through self instructional cd’s, books, teleconfrences, e-mails,

and web cams. Our representatives are also available for travel for

seminars and program development/assessment.

We specialize in evidenced based practices, this means the information

or analysis you receive from us is based on solid peer reviewed or

personal experience to ensure proper quality.

There are many paths to personal or group wellness in a larger setting,

and to ensure individuals are under the proper care of licensed

professionals we take special care to obtain medical clearance if

necessary or refer you to the proper individuals if your situation is one

where we may not be the best fit.

During all of our sessions we take a positive coaching approach and

base our program development in Personal Health and Wellness Theory.

This information is client specific, thus it is important to find a program you are comfortable with

and who are knowledgeable in applied research.

Being healthy and well is not just about physical exercise as most individuals associate it with, it is

a global concept which affects all parts of our lives. At CFLI we believe in a diverse and

BALANCED approach. Most companies focus on one domain and ignore others. We also

understand every individual is on a budget and if a plan is not tailored specifically to their lifestyle

it will not be effective in the long-run.
