Career Planning Philosophy
In today’s economic climate it is imperative to have a plethora of
weapons available to you when looking and applying for jobs. There
are many, many positions that individuals pass over because they
believe they do not have the qualifications, or skills necessary to be
considered for it, when they actually do!
Previous work experience, life experiences, projects completed in
college or graduate school, parental organizations, taking leadership
positions in the community, church, school, etc. They are all extremely
valuable experiences that one has undertaken and are exactly what most
employers are looking for.
This difference in today’s society is the difference between someone
who is gainfully employed and those who are not. It's how one is able
to combine all of their life experience and demonstrate how those
experiences help the employer accomplish their goal.
